OMG! I love my flashdrive that I got. I've accidentally washed it twice, yet it's made so durably that everything was still intact! I am proud to say that I use PNY, and I would never change.

I tried to find somewhere else to post this but this will have to do. 
 
I had to do an RMA with a PNY product and I have to say, it was a very impressive experience. The whole process was handeld by email, there was no hassel or delays. It was quick and painless...if this is how PNY does business, they have my business! I sent the product out, they sent an email stating allow for 10 days processing, the next day I received an email stating they sent out the replacement. That's service! Thank you PNY and I look forward to not only using the replacement product but buying other PNY products in the future.
