When it comes to virtual production sets you have two options. Option one, which is ideal for entry level users is using a green screen and editing in your required virtual environment in post-production. Option two, which is used in professional studios, is an LED volume utilizing LED walls. Let’s break down the two options and give you a first look at PNY’s green screen studio and also cover how Vū, a state-of-the-art virtual production studio, is revolutionizing and democratizing virtual production with massive LED volumes.
PNY recently started hosting virtual events which required utilization of a green screen to implement virtual production. Our goal was to keep attendees engaged, enjoying, and learning from the experience of watching our virtual events. The process of creating PNY Pro’s Virtual studio pushed us to do just that. We produce all our content using a green screen and then put in our virtual environment in post-production. Aside from videography, we use our new NVIDIA® RTX™ A4500 powered workstation to edit and produce our in-house content.

The ability to work effectively and effortlessly with a team of highly skilled colleagues is a decisive competitive advantage that leads to success. This is true on a basketball court or soccer field, but equally true and critical in a corporate environment, a movie special effect studio, or an architectural design firm. Due to COVID-19, today’s workforce is no longer centralized in a single location. It is very likely that your coworkers or business partners are spread across the country, if not across the world, so the ability of stakeholders to collaborate effectively is now a MUST HAVE for any corporation today.
NVIDIA Omniverse™ is an open platform built for virtual 3D design collaboration and real-time physically accurate simulation. Omniverse is comprised of multiple GPU accelerated applications and purpose-built connectors that allow Omniverse to work directly with third-party applications such as Unreal Engine from Epic Games, and popular creative tools from Autodesk, Adobe, Blender, Reallusion, Trimble, and more.
In this blog, we will go over the system requirements and the process to install Omniverse Open Beta inside a Windows 10 environment.

When NVIDIA announced their NVIDIA Ampere architecture-based professional graphics product, the NVIDIA® RTX™ A6000, speculation and excitement immediately began to build around what other boards would be announced to complement it. Now, at GTC 21, the wait is over. The RTX A6000 is being joined by the NVIDIA RTX A5000 and the NVIDIA RTX A4000, with PNY taking aggressive inventory positions on both products, to quickly bring them to the widest possible audience of artists, designers, engineers, and scientists. PNY and NVIDIA both believe, as computer science visionary Alan Kay noted, “The best way to predict the future is to invent it.” PNY is committed – as is NVIDIA – to doing exactly that.
